This was my first visit with Kim. I found her to be both knowledgeable and caring in her approach. I want to also thank all of you for being so kind as to not mention the fact I was 20 minutes late. A fact I did not realize until I got home and found your message on my voice mail asking if I was coming to my 10:00 appointment. I had 10:30 in my head as my appointment time and was totally oblivious of my tardiness. Thanks.

Once again, a great visit with Gayle and Dr K. I am the world’s most impatient person, and I love that I never have to wait more than a few minutes once I arrive at the office. Gayle is so friendly and personable and does a great job on my teeth. I laugh about a commercial currently on the radio about how everyone hates the dentist. I can honestly say, I LOVE the dentist!

Gale is the best person I’ve ever had clean my teeth. She’s knowledgeable, professional and so gentle to my mouth. I leave with a mouth that has no soreness, just that great clean feeling. On top of that she has a vibrant personality that is so enjoyable. Don’t ever let her leave!

It is always a pleasure to come into the office for my six-month cleaning. I enjoy my visits with Gail. She is very personable and it’s not just all business while you are in her chair. She takes the time to get to know you. We always share a good laugh as well as some serious talk along the way.

Everyone including the Front Desk, Hygienist, Assistant, Dentist is professional, friendly and makes you feel welcome, comfortable, at ease and confident that whatever service/procedure you are there for…will be completed in a proficient manner.

Of course, EVERYONE hates going to the dentist…but when ‘ya just ‘gotta go…this is the best place. Staff is just wonderful…as is the service. I never had to wait for more than a few minutes…which is important to me. They are very accommodating when you ask to change your time/date…and thank God they remind you via phone. I think there is a respect for the patient and their time.

Taking what could easily be an unpleasant and painful experience and turning it into a positive event and another step towards better dental health is not an easy task. However, everyone at TDC seems committed to making that happen. I could not be more pleased with the excellent care I have received as a new patient; my only regret is why I did not become a patient sooner.

Everybody here is absolutely amazing! I enjoy (yes, I said enjoy) my cleanings and time spent with Gail, she is always so kind and gentle! As always, the staff at Torrington Dental Care made my visit as enjoyable as a visit to the dentist can be. From making the initial appointment (which was courteously changed when I had a conflict) to the greeting when I arrived and the farewell when I left, the front office staff exhibited their usual efficiency and warmth. Gail (the hygienist) was thorough with my exam and cleaning and always makes the visits fun with conversation and laughter. Simply walking through the door one has an impression of order, cleanliness, and competence. I would highly recommend Torrington Dental Care.
